Virunga National Park is a national park in the Democratic Republic of Congo. For almost 30 years it has been on the List of World Heritage in Danger due to civil unrests and increased human presence in the area. It contains over 300 endemits, such as golden monkey or eastern gorilla. Help strengthen surveillance on the borders to reduce poaching, deforestation and depletion of natural resources.
